While viewing a post you can show your opinion on if you liked their post or not. Simple. Click the plus button beside their name if you like it or click the minus if you don't like it. These are located next to their avatar.

Now after clicking it it will be replaced by a bar. How green the bar is is how many people out of all voters like it and the same with red who dislike it. Also, you have a number of thanks on your profile. When somebody votes a post of yours up you get +1 to that number. If somebody votes it now you get -1 to that number. That is the reputation system. Very Happy
